Good News For Alll Kabaddi Lovers! The 2013 World Kabaddi Cup is going to start November 9, 2013 to November 23. It will take place in Punjab, India. It will be the 4th edition of the World Kabaddi Cup. It will have a budget of Rs 20 Crore.

Prize Money
In the men section, winner team would get Rs 2 crore, with Rs 1 crore for runners up and Rs 51 lakh for 3rd position. Participating teams would get Rs 15 lakh each.
Winners' prize money, in the women section, has been doubled. The winning team will get Rs 1 crore while team finishing 2nd and 3rd would get Rs 51 lakh and Rs 25 lakh respectively.

Punjab government all set for 4th World Cup Kabaddi 2013. Sukhbir Badal, Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab announced about 4th edition of World Cup Kabaddi in the 2nd half of November 2013, in which twenty five nations would vie for record prize money in a fortnight long sports extravaganza. Now, 25 teams (Boys/Girls) will participate in this tournament.
Punjab would seek more participation of countries from Europe, Africa, USA, Australia and other non representative sub-continents to give Kabaddi world class status.
11 sports stadiums that are set to be completed included Bathinda, Sangrur, Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Mohali, Faridkot, PAU Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Ghudda.
